Every SR-1 comes equipped with our Angry DogTM High output P90 pickup. This versatile pickup produces a solid low end, edgy highs, and a balanced midrange bite.  It’s equally fit for smooth, silky jazz tones or power rock. It will push a tube amp into sweet overdrive and produce a tone that offers the clarity of a traditional single-coil with the heft and power of a humbucker.  The Angry Dog sports two Ceramic 8 magnets for power and attack.  With or without pedals…this pup can growl!
